Steel structures provide unlimited application in a wide range of departments and industries. The basic element of assembled halls, shelters and supporting structures is steel. The most commonly used steel is S235 and S355. Parameters of individual steel structures are recalculated to fit a specific snow and weather areas in which the objects are located. All computing and planning work is done by our workers. In case of assembly of halls, the frames of steel structure are due to reducing weight connected with purlins – MESTSEC (thin-walled hot-dip galvanized profiles) instead of steel beams/profiles.
Our long-term and the only partner is Voestalpine. The type of purlins is determined by a calculation that takes into account the span (width of hall), module, insulation, spacing of purlins and snow load. Each steel structure is coated with protective coating of synthetic or polyurethane color. Total coating thickness is from 80 to 130 µm; if necessary, the structure may be also coated with fire resistance coating.
Designed steel structures keep reliable stability, functionality and sufficient fire resistance, even if they are economically reachable. Used steel excels with superior quality and higher strength. For every manufactured steel structured, we will provide a material certificate and a CE product certificate.

Steel structures may be insulated using sandwich panels that excels with high thermal insulation properties. Sandwich panels are supplied in various thickness, properties and color. High fire resistance is obvious for these panels. If not necessary to insulate the structures, they may be sheathed with a quality trapezoidal metal sheet.
